Sirin

Sirin is a slavic folklore character. She is half-woman half-bird and one of the paradise birds, who sings the songs about upcoming bliss. Every man, who has heard those songs, can never forget them and usually loses his mind. Sirin is afraid of loud noises, so people used to ring the bells in attempts to save themselves. For inspiration I used the book of Neil Gaiman “American gods” and tried to show how the almost forgotten character is trying to survive in the modern world.
